This screen is just a 'proof of concept' screen that allows us to think about some of the things we will need to ask customers, how some of the things inter-relate, and gives a bit of a framework just to get started.
With that in mind - if someone wants something done (for which they are willing to pay) then they will need to communicate that to you and yours to allow you to accomplish their mission. This screen is an example of how that might look.
Cost should be up-front and easy to see so they don't try to whine you out of their bill.
I have made provisions to allow you to employ other employees as well (should that be necessary) and would allow customers to pick who they want to perform the task (but it would cost them extra to pick a specific person - depending on who they pick)
I added an 'other' type of service to allow them to ask for things not listed, but also put in the 'fine print' below that you will not be performing any illegal services, and that you would likely contact the authorities if they even asked.
We will probably need to come up with a few more disclaimers in the fine print, but we can also add to those (change them in any way) as they become necessary.
Customers will need an 'escrow' type of account (just money they have deposited with you) to allow you to do what they want you to do (such as picking up laundry). You would have to pay the bill, so you would have the person's money that needs the service -AND- to pay your bill as well.
It sounds reasonable that around $100 would be a good starting place, but that number could be somewhat negotiable. They would then - around once a month or so - bring their balance back up to $100. How much they have to send in would depend on what they needed to have done over the course of the month.
Let me know if this would get you closer to your goal.
